Competent consultants: day-to-day support

Expat Services In Paris team is made up of immigration, relocation and administrative assistance consultants who provide support at each fundamental stage of an expatriation project.
Our consultants are at least bilingual and are all well aware of the difficulties of expatriation since they have all been through the experience themselves.
Our company values are focused on people, high quality, goodwill and excellent services.

Desire to give a positive first image of France

With a Danish husband (or at least the man who would later be my husband!) who arrived in France when he was still required
to have a residency permit during his studies in Paris, I experienced first-hand how French authorities welcome foreigners.
I was shocked! I was shocked by the brutality, coldness, and arrogance of these people who are supposed to be in the service of others.
Much later, as the President of Check In France, and because of the stories of the foreign families I met,
I realised that for foreigners the Public administration had not improved.
I was ashamed for my country and I wanted to be able to create a very positive and pleasant first impression of France, finding families that I could accompany in their plans to move to France.
ESTELLE GUILLERM

BACKGROUND OF THE FOUNDER, ESTELLE GUILLERM

A graduate of ESCP Europe, EAP MA96 graduating class (European Master in Management in
England, Spain and France), Estelle GUILLERM developed
her own business project after 15 years of experience in a company:

• After leaving ESCP and starting at the Joint Venture Observatory of the CCIP, she went on to join Ernst & Young (a major auditing and accounting firm) in the Marketing and Communication department. For 9 years, she held various managerial positions, starting in the Start-up sector, then Non-Profit Organisations, before ending up in the Retail industry.

• Wanting to better understand the professional culture of human-sized companies, she took charge of the marketing and communication department at FDV Concept, an SFA software publisher, which was later acquired by a listed CRM software publisher, Coheris. In this company she held the position of Marketing and Communication Director for the Group and its subsidiaries.

• From 2007 to 2008, Estelle worked in Mazars’ marketing department (a major auditing firm and chartered accountant). This is when the idea of building her own company started to take root. Drawing on her personal experience, this mother of 4 children, who speaks English, Spanish and Danish, saw a niche that was yet to be filled and created her service. Her company started by providing administrative assistance at home to help complete pressing, tedious tasks. This included jobs like sending registration forms on time, finding, copying and sending the necessary documents to establish a property project, preparing the family budget etc.
• Today, the company offers an expanded range of services. Its services endeavour to improve people's lives creating complete peace of mind, and include coaching in personal and/or family organisation and relocation.
Estelle Guillerm invests in international families. She was notably President of the Check In To France association at the international high school in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The aim of this organisation is to welcome new families whose children are at the international high school or partner schools.
